Returns


  • You may return unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged due to assembly or improper use cannot be returned.
  • To start a return, please contact our team at support@elowenkids.com with your order number.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges


We accept exchanges for unused items within 30 days, subject to product availability. Any price difference and related shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
